Background Story:

The girl with red hair ( named her Fiona ) left her village to look for someone to help rid the village of the evil creatures that started lurking around the village at night, her father heard about the Witcher and told her to seek him out.

After a two weeks of search she found him, offering him all the gold her father gave her he agreed to come over and rid the village of that evil she told him about.

Upon reaching the village, it was too quite, Fiona was too worried so she rushed towards the gates to see if there is anyone there, but she was greeted by three horned demon-like monsters, she screamed and fell on the ground and before the demons could touch her the Witcher intervened and dispatched them with his swords and magic.

They both entered the village to find it swarming with those demons from all sizes and shapes, Fiona couldn't restrain herself from running towards her house at the center of the village, even though she was scared to death the thought that she is too late and that everyone is eaten by the demons was unbearable to her.

The Witcher engaged the demons in fierce combat to attract their attention from her, But as soon as Fiona reached the doors of her house she saw something that shocked her even more and broke all that was left of hope or will in her heart.

It was her father, but not like he used to look like, half his face was covered in blood and a horn was already growing out of that side, at that moment she realized that those demons are actually the villagers and townsfolk themselves ,and that explained why the villagers kept disappearing and the monsters kept increasing before she left, it was clear now that this is the work of an Evil Wizard or Necromancer who decided to turn the villagers into demons.

And here she is standing infront of her father who became half-demon half-man probably on his way to become a full demon.

At that realization her legs couldn't carry her and she fell at the door, tears started flowing out of her eyes as her father started approaching her with a smile on the human half of his face and extending welcoming arms towards her.

But the Witcher who took out most of the demons near the house leapt between Fiona and her father and finished him off with a single slash of his swords, Fiona panicked from the sight and started screaming at the Witcher to stop killing her people and find a way to save them.

Geralt ( the Witcher ) looked at her in the eyes and told her that this type of cursed transformation is irreversible and that he recognized it from the very beginning but wanted her to figure out the true nature of the demons by herself, then he left her in tears and went outside to finish off the rest of the demons.

Few minutes later Fiona is walking the streets of her devastated town towards Geralt who was standing there in the middle of the dead bodies and blood, and slowly heavy rain started falling washing away the blood and turning the soil into mud.

Fiona falls in the mud near Geralt, grabs his leg and starts crying out like a baby while Geralt silently stands there watching the rain fall ... The demons are dead, the deed is done, he earned his payment, but deep inside he is not that happy about it.
