ohh the guns seem to be a popular choice, and if you have a good supply of bullets it would be the most effective. I myself am not a gun person much at all (not that i have anything against them i just like melee so much and bows etc)

I would say a one-edged blade is always a good choice for Melee. I would take a tank over a horse, though. Much less effort to drive over the zombies, instead of riding through. Unless you are somewhere, where it's useless to drive with a tank. The rest should work fine.

oh tank is good I guess.. in a way... though hard to get, hard to find fuel for it unlike for a horse ;D and if the zombies are kinda slow like they often say, horse would be fast enough and all you needed to get rid of them. and would avoid places with many people so in my case i would not need to ride through any zombie crowds maybe ride away from few random ones at times
