Just a quick sketch of novice Sister Caleida.I wanted my sister's basic training to include three major aspects:
1. Some kind of substitute for the local arbites - military/martial aspect
2. Basic medic training - medical aspect
3. Everyday tasks, e.g. educational work -social aspect
Here you can see her in the outfit they wear at the social aspect part.

Should add - in a more constructive spirit - that I think you've done great construction work on her face. You've executed the anime style very well in 3/4 profile which isn't something you see often in fan-art.

Very nice picture. Manga-style and warhammer rarely go good together in "serious" mind but this does work well.
