Description
An automatic weapon with close-medium range effectiveness, the Automatic Shotgun is a revolutionary design shotgun designed and developed by the Nazis in Wolfenstein: The New Order. The weapon isn't seen until Eisenwald Prison where B.J. Blazkowicz heads in order to free captured Kreisau Circle resistance fighters. He finds this gun along side a wide assortment of weaponry. When this gun fires, you better not be at the other end of it.
The Automatic Shotgun is designed somewhat combined off the STG-44 and MG-42 in terms of design. It is both semi and full automatic and the ammunition includes a standard 12 gauge shotgun shell that is fed into the receiver. The second being a shrapnel shot which emits pellets that ricochet off of any surface, causing more damage than expected. Each shell has a 20 round magazine, in total, the weapon has 40 rounds.
