Your best bet is to check out the 405th web site, it teaches you how to build the armor and weapons, I learned how to make this stuff just reading other peoples builds on the forums

Four Months! Wow! Now I am mor pumped to make one. It looks perfect! All I need to do to get started is to learn how to print the paper what size to use how to scale it..... Ah darn dam my ADD But will try!

Yes 4 months but that was doing something to the armor everyday lol, it was a nightmare, If you want to make a suit I suggest foam over pep, I made my Reach MKV in 2 weeks, you can see pics of it in my gallery somewhere, also on the 405th.com site therre are tutorials on how to make the pep designer print and how to scale the armor

Thanks, Im currently rebuilding this set of armor out of foam to make the mobilty a little better, Hard armor is hard to move around in and is extremly hot to wear

It cost around $350 to $400 to make, It took about 3 months to finish the full suit

Well paper at first or actually pepakura, after everything is done, its actually now plastic, but started life as paper to shape it
