Side view of my latest build its the Halo 4 Venator helmet. this pic was taken after all the major bodywork was completed it is now ready for paint and visor. also the full armor set up is currently being put togetherRelated content

It made from Pepakura, it starts out as cardstock paper glued together for the helmet shape its then hardened with fiberglass after its hardend like a real helmet the helmet is then smoothed out with Bondo etc to make it look like a game helmet, if your interested in seeing the process you should check out the 405th web site there are tutorials on how to make the helmets and armor, its easier than you may think go check them out----->www.405th.com

It is a cool helmet, kind of looks Dead Spaceish but thats why I liked it, I never seen the concept art for the Venator hopefully you will post them up someday

The initial design was by Robogabo, I fleshed it out and completed the sides and back.

Very awesome work, very close to the game model too; I was surprised. I've been showing some of the other guys (that I worked with on the halo 4 armor suits) your work and they were pretty excited by it.

Thanks, I try and make the helmet as close to the game as I can but honestly its really hard to make them exact so sometimes they are off a little but its hard to tell

Do you think it's feasible to try saving up for a cheapass mini-camera and video display to integrate into the helmet?
