Yes. A lot of the primer gray helmets in my gallery are the original helmet once I make a mold of the helmet I finish the castings and add the visors to those helmets

That is cool I would love to own a ODST helmet. If I ever get one I would so try to reverse engineer it and create a 3D computer file of it. Then get it 3D printed.

A lot of people are already converting the PDO files so they can be 3D printed, there are a lot of ODST files running around on the web you can probably find one already changed to the format that your need for 3D printing

I make my helmets from pepakura, cardstock, fiberglass resin, casting resin bondo etc, whatever it takes to make the helmet look finished
