Another promo pic for a series that'll never see the light of day!

This is Rude. It takes place in 10,000 AD. The Earth is a mess of pollution and technology and over-population. So, who are the ones who clean up the mess mankind has made? The Teddies, groups of volunteers (generally outcasts of future society) under one organization, have gathered to cleanse the world of humanity. There's many units, with up to ten people in each one. They're all given assignments by their unseen leader, nicknamed "The King." Every assignment is supposed to bring them closer to their goal of destroying all people.

We follow the unit labeled Teddy 12, which consists of:

Wade Winston - Fearless/Determined/Likes Fig Newtons
The leader of the unit, assigned by The King. He wears the same armor that every Teddy leader must wear, or else they get the BELT. GOD HELP THOSE WHO GET THE BELT. He also has an assortment of holographic weapons, stored in handles that resemble Wii-motes.

Big P - Tough/Loyal/Has a black man's voice
The powerhouse of the team. He's actually the essence of a small planet which has been hooked up to a special suit that lets him move and talk like normal humans. Don't try to understand it. I sure don't.

Chester - Goofball/Jokester/Has a bitchin' mohawk
The Gunman of the group. He's the prankster and is the overall moral support for the team. He's also part monkey, and has a tail, which comes in handy for holding a third weapon. Rumors speculate that he's related to the long extinct race of Saiyans...but, that's just not true. Don't even think about that.

Suzie Phone - Quiet/Resentful/Kind of like Raven
The clean-up crew of the team. Her body is a black hole. She wears a special suit that contains it. She uses her power to suck up stuff that needs some serious sucking up....oh, and she does it through her sleeves....get your mind out of the gutter.

Doc Knox - Intelligent/Eccentric/Also, he's dead
Using popular state-of-the-art technology, the Doctor's spirit was attached to a special suit containing his decaying body, meaning he can't die as long as the two are still attached. This is helpful, seeing as he usually needs to bring every one else back from the dead....or close to it.

Despite Wade's best efforts, his team is kind of incompetent. They usually fail at every job they do. But, the important thing is, they manage to look cool when doing it. And that's all that matters.

As you can tell, this show is pretty light-hearted. In fact, it's a comedy. It also has kind of a rockabilly/ska theme to it...but, it's not as prominent as I wanted it to be at first. But, I do like these characters. I hope you like them too!
