Another one of these! This time, I really pushed the little details. As always, feel free to mix and match, even suggest alternate colors. Here's a checklist of stuff I changed:1. Head shape
2. Freckles/Scar/Nothing
3. Eyebrows
4. Scarf
5. Shirt color
6. Short sleeves/long sleeves
7. Glove type
You can also just as easily say you like one of them with features of the other, if its simpler.
To help you choose, here is some info about Benny:
He is 15. He is kind of simpleton, but he is adorable. His family has always told him that one of their ancestors was in the Queen's knightly order, so Benny has been dreaming of it his whole life. One day, he finds a pair of metal pants, and they come with 2 floating yellow disks that can either create a powerful energy sword when they wrap around his hand, or a shield. From then on, he tries super hard to become a powerful fighter, but usually fails. That's all.

PS - I don't think a nose would ever fit Benny, and the pants are HERE TO STAY. >: (

Although I kind of like him sans eyebrow haha. I'd just be wary of how well-used dark shirt/red scarf combo is. Maybe a striped shirt is a good idea (saw that above)? Or different colors or some kind of patterning.
Also I require you make me these pants and gloves immediately.

No, never a nose on Benny plz'n'ty...Also, try long sleeves on the alternate outfit? Don't extend it to the fingers like with the black outfit, but just to the gloves.

well my two cents
is that you should shorten the scarf a little and add back the old 'X' scar.
I think he'd look better that way.

Really like the new one this time. I'm a sucker for scarfs :3 I do like the X mark on the old benny, and the black fingers. The glove style with the x is good though. I really hope you pursue Boondama, i'm really looking forward to it

I thought it over, and I like absolutely everything of the new design.
-The scarf balances out the design.
-The color of the shirt balances out the other colors. (I don't know if that makes sense)
-Eyebrows and freckles help define his head.
The 'X' looks better on his gloves than on his face, btw.

Humn... For some reason, I think the new Benny looks like a bit of a dork.
Probably a combination of the head shape, freckles and eyebrows (no offense to people with ANY OF THOSE, especially eyebrows).
The addition of the scarf also makes him look totally more heroic, if in a tacky kind of way.
Also, I think he would also look interesting with a scar off to the side of his face.
Lastly, I think the long sleeves + covered fingers made him look more like a fighter and less of a kid in a costume. No opinion on the shape on the gloves, though.

i've liked being able to compare these.
this one i like both but i think design all comes down to recognizibilty.
i think both the scar and the freckles look good as far as inner details but as far as a silhouette goes i think the pants should be bigger and more noticeable.
also the scarf. I noticed another one of the characters that i've seen, he has blue energy hair and he's tall, has the sort of flowing effect.
i'd find it a bit repetitive if 2 characters had that sort of long flowing head thiiiiiiiing.
once again i'm sure im hard to understand but its too late and im going to bed

You might have a point with the silhouette there. I'll consider it...
As for the flowingness, the character you are thinking of, Tripyus, does have the same kind of dynamic. But Benny's scarf won't always be flowing, y'know? And if there is a similarity between the two, its not a bad thing...the two of them end up hanging out a lot. The similar dynamic might work out in the end.

I think the new one is way better... and despite your wishes, I think a nose would look good provided it was little more than a subtle curve or something along those lines.

Old one, but add the scarf and mix the freckles and scar.
And I would suggest a horizontal-striped shirt, I have a feeling it MIGHT fit.
And BTW, THOSE PANTS are the bomb. I would totally wear them myself, no questions askd.

I dunno why, but It's like striped shirts give the character a sense of... youthfullness and freedom, like a teenager.

i love the new new new new. the face is much better, the freckles and rounder shape definitely lends to his more innocent personality. I don't care too much for the new gloves, i think that the circular slot fit better. the scarf is awesome except for the colour. maybe put a checker or plaid pattern on there, but no plain red. >
