*JAK AND DAXTER UNITE FOR A BEATDOWN!!*

 

 

Name: Jak and Daxter

Universe: Jak and Daxter

Entrance: Jak and Daxter zoom onto the battlefield on a Zoomer Hoverbike. After landing on the stage, they dismount the bike. Jak then takes out the Peace Maker rifle and Daxter cracks his tiny knuckles, ready to rumble.

 

Specials------------------------------

B- Yellow Eco- Jak’s hands burn with yellow fire as he lunges his halm forward, releasing a blast of yellow eco energy forward. The yellow eco energy deals minimal knockback but is fast and deals more DMG the further away an opponent is (anywhere from 3%-18% DMG). Above Jak’s health is also a yellow eco meter to show how much Jak has on hand to mutualize, the Yellow eco naturally recharges with time passing not using the special. You can rapidly press B to fire multiple blasts of eco, but the more you rapidly fire the eco the more of a cooldown there will be before you can use more yellow eco.

 

Side B- Peace Maker- Jak takes aim with the Peace Maker rifle and fires a blast straight forward. You can rapidly press side B to fire multiple shots (5 shots before needing to reload) or hold side B to crouch and aim in all directions. Aiming/charging the peace maker also deals more knockback and can deal meteor strikes to opponents hanging from ledges.

 

Up B- Jet Board Flip- Similar to Meta Knight’s recovery, Jak and Daxter board their jet board and perform a flip attack in a loop before jetting upwards at a diagonal with the jetboard. The recovery distance is about the same as Meta Knight’s and similarly they enter a helpless state once they reach their peak height.

 

Down B- Mass Inverter- Jak takes out the Mass Inverter rifle and fires a blast downward which creates a medium range force field around Jak for a moment (slightly larger than Wolf’s down special). This force field creates a vacuum of anti-gravity to anyone except Jak who touches it, and also works as a nullifier for projectiles similar to Rosalina’s down special. Opponents caught in the force field are dealt minimal DMG and are slow motion flipped upside down for a moment (about as long as Ryu’s down special timing) before falling onto the ground in front of Jak and Daxter. This allows Jak to follow up with a smash attack or a quick get-away. The move cannot be held though and lasts about as long as a Fire Emblem counter attack does so if not timed right Jak and Daxter are left open to attacks.

 

Final Smash 1- (Up Close) Dark Jak- Jak is consumed by the power of Dark Eco and in a flash of black and purple lightning transforms into Dark Jak! Dark Jak punishes opponents caught in the final smash with a flurry of slashing and clawing attacks with his massive dark eco powers. He finishes off the final smash by leaping into the air and slamming both fists into the opponents with the Dark Bomb attack. This causes a mini explosion that sends opponents flying downward with DMG and knockback before Jak reverts to his normal self.

 

Final Smash 2- (Distance) Light Jak- Jak is engulfed in the power of Light Eco as he levitates and glows with heavenly wings as he transforms into Light Jak! Light Jak creates a barrier of light around himself, opponents caught in the barrier receive DMG as they are dragged from whatever direction they are at into the front of Jak’s line of sight. After a moment of this Jak reaches back his arms and sends out a large fast-moving orb of light eco energy that travels across the stage about as far as Ryu’s Shin Shoryuken. Opponents caught in the light blast are dealt massive DMG and sideways knockback and after the light energy dissipates Jak reverts to his normal form again.

 

Standard Moves---------------------------------------------

A – Daxter Spin Kick- Jak spins rapidly in a 720-degree circle on one foot with the other foot, arms, and Daxter extended outward. This attack deals standard DMG but great knockback!

A Left/Right- A – Daxter Spin Kick- Jak spins rapidly in a 720-degree circle on one foot with the other foot, arms, and Daxter extended outward. This attack deals standard DMG but great knockback!

A Dash- Jak dashes forward with his fist extended in a strong forward punch.

A Up- Daxter performs a backflip attack then lands on Jak’s shoulders.

A Down- Jak performs a forward sliding attack with one foot extended outward.

 

Smash Left/Right- Arc Wielder- Jak takes out the Arc Wielder lightning rifle and delivers a blast of electricity forward, dealing electric DMG and sideways knockback.

Smash Up- Jak and Daxter deliver a powerful uppercut.

Smash Down- On one side Jak delivers 3 blasts from the scatter gun rifle and on the other side Daxter delivers a ninja roundhouse kick attack.

 

Aerial Neutral- A – Daxter Spin Kick- Jak spins rapidly in a 720-degree circle with both feet, arms, and Daxter extended outward. This attack deals standard DMG but great knockback!

Aerial Forward- Jak takes out the peace maker rifle and swipes it horizontally.

Aerial Backward- Daxter holds onto Jak’s hair as he kicks both of his tiny feet behind the duo.

Aerial Down- Jak and Daxter perform a flip before plummeting to the ground fist first. This causes a downward meteor attack and once they slam into the ground it sends out a slight shockwave that can deal splash DMG to nearby opponents.

Aerial Up- Jak and Daxter perform a backflip kick attack.

 

 

Taunt/Result Screen---------------------------------------------------

 

Taunt 1 (Up) – Jak cocks the Peace Maker rifle as Daxter puts up his fists and says, “Let ‘em have it, Jak!”

Taunt 2 (Side) – Jak extends his fist forward and gives a thumbs down sign as Daxter stands tall on his shoulder and says, “Get ready for, Orange Lightning!”

Taunt 3 (Down) – Daxter hops to the ground and the duo high five before Jak gives Daxter a hand back onto his shoulder.

 

 

Defeat Pose- Jak slowly claps with a disgruntled look on his face and Daxter crosses his arms (while on Jak’s shoulder) with his back to the camera.

Victory Pose 1- Jak victoriously grabs a floating Precursor Orb and tosses it over his shoulder to Daxter, who jumps up and slam dunks it into Jak’s backpack. The two then stand back-to-back with their arms crossed.

Victory Pose 2- Jak victoriously grabs a floating Precursor Orb as Daxter does a moon walk dance, a pirouette, and then the two finish with a victorious pose.

Victory Pose 3- Jak victoriously grabs a floating Precursor Orb as Daxter flexes heroically around Jak.

Classic Mode Title--------------------------------------

“The Conquering Heroes”: Jak and Daxter fight characters that either have magic abilities or have had status as a ruthless leader/ruler including; Bowser, Zelda, Sheik, Ganondorf, King Dedede, Ness (even though his PSI abilities aren’t technically magic), Robin, Palutena, and Bayonetta. The boss fought is Giga Bowser. The final boss fight is a fight against Dark Samus on the Norfair stage.

 

 

Assist Trophy--------------------------------------

Baron Praxis- The villainous Baron Praxis comes to the battle as an assist trophy. The Baron emerges from the assist trophy and shouts, “Allow me to put you out of your misery!” as he presses a button and teleports. Baron Praxis then emerges in his levitating battle ship and takes aim at the stage. A square target moves about the stage to show where Baron Praxis is aiming his gunship. Once the Baron has an opponent in his sights he releases a barrage of blasts from the ship! Praxis fires three barrages of blasts before flying away in his vehicle.
