Hum... this one could be a little bigger ItΒ΄s great, but even if the height is 3px taller, it still looks kinda smaller.

You may fully use the sprites size from this generation!

Not a lot to say here, but you could put the glasses just a pixel to the left...it kind of looks like they are off center. Also, the foot that's crossed on the ground could be a bit brighter so that it doesn't blend in with the shade of the pants. Other than that there's not a lot wrong with this.

Great idea, i kind of thought that most enemy trainer sprites are looking at you or if not, have their position to be inclined to your character to indicate the feeling of a challenge. You mean the the character's right foot? well i intended that to be dark since the shading of feet under other body parts is sort of shaded with the darkest hue of the leg or shoe, in this case black. otherwise, if you think of that in the context of the gsc original sprite, i'll probably change it.

Ah, it's a subtle change, but as with all pixel art, just moving a few pixels can have a dramatic effect. I also find that the glasses change came out looking quite well, because if you haven't noticed, the opponent trainers never look straight towards the screen, but at a kind of 3/4 angle towards the trainer in the lower left of the screen. I'm also flattered that you'd actually make a change I suggested, so muchas gracias!

You're right, i find that even if they're facing you with their back they still look at the opponent trainer like the aroma lady of frlg. you are welcome. I'm open to changes that can make the pixel arts stand out.
