Thanks. I used paint tool SAI for the lines and colors. And then used photoshop for finishing touch like color balance lighting and stuff.

this only proves one thing, Arcanine is more boss than newer legendaries.

That implies Arcanine are Legendary Pokemon. They aren't.

the only delta is the fact that there can be more than one... his stats are boss enough to out class a majority of the so called legendary especially some of the newer trios.

Not really, and there can be multiples of legendaries, they just can't breed, and most (if not all) have at least one stat in the hundreds. All of Arcanine's decent stats are around (except maybe his Attack, haven't checked in a while). What really makes Arcanine so good is their awesome physical move pool.
