First of all, please tell me that, whatever your opinion of Jennifer Lawrence's performance is, it has nothing to do with her hair color.
Second of all, if it makes you feel better, it looked like her hair was black in the trailer for "Catching Fire".

N LAWI ABSOLUTELY ADORE JEN LAWRENCE, she is an amaazing actress and she deserved her oscar.
But Hollywood directors were very racist in terms of casting, they only let white caucassian actresses audition when Katniss is clearly said to have Olive skin.
Not only that but they also made Jen's hair brown. I'm not saying it makes the movie or the acting worse, im just saying its not following the books.

Okay. I was just making sure, because I keep hearing fans of the Mortal Instruments series complain about how the cast of the upcoming don't look like their characters, and I think that's a stupid reason to hate the cast.
I say that it doesn't matter what they look like, what matters is whether or not they fit the characters; and Jennifer Lawrence fits Katniss perfectly! Gary Ross actually said that he wouldn't have made the movie without her.

Lol, no he didn't. If you actually bothered going onto ichan's profile, you'd see that he has lots of amazing pictures. I even commissioned him (which means paid him to draw me exactly what I wanted, btw) to draw me a picture of a character that I created myself. So I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that he didn't get this from Google.
