oh Gosh, thank you very much for the nice words.
My drawings usally take between 2 and 7 days to be finished. I draw for 3-6 hours per sitting. I would always choose drawing one portrait for a few days, instead of spending a whole day drawing, simply because this is an exhausiting thng to do. Richard here was super challenging, it took me a few tries to sketch the final drawing and the colouring was also pretty darn tricky, but overall, the whole drawing took me around 5 days.

Marvelous! It´s tricky drawing with coloured pencils, you wont be able to erase mistakes that easy (like it is with watercolour, oil or acrylic paint, where you lay coat on coat). I like how you made many bases on his skin and then finished with pencils. Just like with Make Up And the difference in the structure between the shirt and the nose, for example, really deepens the whole picture.
I like to sit for a whole day and draw, but that´s always a mistake, you need to go out, take a coffee, come back, and look at the picture again, to correct mistakes, if any. I haven´t got patience to do that...but when I see your pic I think that patience really pays off!

Well, If you don´t try you will never know...and I´m glad you did, cause it´s stunning! Your black and white portraits are really good too, you´re very good at drawing realistic. But oh, the colours!
So you DID use make up for this? Like Eye shadow? Never knew you could use that, never met someone who uses Make Up in colouring ( but when I think about it, it does seems logical...). Wasn´t it hard to make the Eye shadow stick to the paper? Like, when you put make up on the skin with brushes, the surface "sucks" in the colour...it´s skin. But paper is just plain. Or what type of paper did you used?
I think I´ts cool to try new ways, and you did create beautiful differences in the textures. Thats why I also like the shirt so much, it´s soft and you can see the light reflect on his shoulder. The light is good along with his face, if you know what I mean so it works very good without charcoal too!
I´m like that too that´s why I always draw portraits....

I too find the animation-style really cool especially when someone can draw a person in comic-style but it looks like the real one, just as you said...hey, are we talking about the same dA person?
But realistic portraits will always have a special place in my heart. It´s fascinating when you see a photo of someone, draw it with a pen/pencil/colour, and it looks nearly just like the photo itself, that´s amazing!
So texture paper was the key, could have figured it out since it´s so hard to make it stick to plain paper I use brushes to put my own make up on, and it´s creative that you choose to use Make up as material. Not paint, like most people use brushes for. Interesting! Think that Reesh looks very good with make on (ha ha i´m so funny!)
I agree, when I see a good drawing I can sit a whole day and just look at all the details ^^
No problem

Yep, that´s right not too hard to guess
Yeah powders doesn´t stick very well to just a regular plain paper. So then you used a smooth paper for the newest Reesh.
That mistake with too thin paper...i have made it a lot of times! I used to buy really thick paper, because it was easier to work with. In art class, we used to sketch with charcoal on canvas and it did stuck great. And charcoal is light. But foundations...have you tried using it on canvas? Just being curious never tried it before.

Wow, you really said that. Can't believe, wait a second, I need to slap myself in the face. Okay, back... omg, you really said that.
First, I need to meet him. But he has this really strange ability to make girls go stupid and forget everything, their own names included. And since I'm well known for my silliness around handsome men... I'm afraid that unless the man is really but really into idiots, I have no real chance of getting even close to marying him. But it's a nice thought, I'm gonna have to daydream every detail
All the babblings aside, thank you so much for commenting, let me squeeze you real tight

Don't we all wish to marry some celebrity we love. x3
I'm sure many people have a list of celebrity they'd marry.
And every female fan would want him, so, him choosing one is unlikely. x3
at least, you can get his signature! If you get a chance to meet him. x3
Good luck to you, pursuit your dream. x3

Jawdropper!
I especially love the region of his mouth, like he`s gritting his teeth a bit in order to concentrate...
Hope your dream of giving Mr. Kruspe one of your pictures will come true!
