very beautiful work.
As a portrait, first thing is to make the drawing look alike the model, and you did it perfectly. The shape of the face, the eyes and the nose, they are all accurately done.
Second, the technique how you use color pencil is good. the slight shadows on on her face give not only the dimensional effect, but also a comfortable feeling. They are done very soft and very sensitive.
The most notable things are her two eyes. amazing details, gorgeous shape, attractive color.
In general, the colors, lines and composition are in harmony and give a peaceful, sweet feeling. the background also helps to build up this feeling.
some tiny critics :
1.the left ear looks too much to the front, maybe it needs some shadow.
2.there are two lines between the eyes. Are they a bit too dominant? I'm not sure my self, because personally I like them but in the other hand, they are too obvious comparing to the other shadows.
3.the under lip, maybe a smoother line instead of the 3 straight lines.
