Description A quicky i did illustrating a scene briefly mentioned in the first chapter of The Atlantis Complex. !!!!!!!!!!!! Though I did take some liberties. It's more of a what if? situation actually.
Here's the quote: "Though she commented occasionally as
the demonstration progressed, it was all she could do not to cradle Artemis’s face in her hands and ask him what was
the matter.
I would have to stand on a chair to reach his face, Holly realized. My friend is almost a grown man now. A fully fledged human."

I have to admit, I fangirl-squeed. Arty/Holly in the FIRST CHAPTER! This is my apology for being so absent. But I'm working on a big project right now, and it's eating up all my time.

Tara is my OC. She super smart and she is the perfect combo of Holly and Artemis. she is smart and can defend her self (Trains under the Butlers) (Acdently kicked Trouble) she is also the youngest Officer on the recon squad (Also helps in ops both)she has Black hair, hazel eyes,and a tear drop shaped blue birthmark under her left eye. she has the usal powers Healing, mesmer, and so on but also she has a dangerous power when she writes some thing Like Artemis and Holly never met. it comes true. she has a twin Twila and her sister Athena was adopted but they all have a power that could save the world one day. human and Fairy

Although I pictured Holly facing Arty while cupping his face, this is an interesting way to interpret it, and I still think it's beyond adorable.

I love Holly's hair!!! I never visioned her as having her hair part in the middle. It's awesome. In fact, that's how I'm changing mine, if you don't mind. Although I think her hair is lighter.

I like short hair, but not SUPER short. Especially on girls. I hate it when people grow their hair out to their heels. But I also hate it when people nearly shave their heads. I think most people picture Holly with hair that long, and that's how I like it. I hope that doesn't sound wierd...

Love it. Really enjoyed the first chapter of AC. Yeah, I hardly see Coifer pairing up Holly with Trouble. In all honesty, Trouble's really a rando character who we've never got to know. At all. And Artemis and Holly have been written with tooooo many hints for it to go any other way. Pairing Holly with Trouble would have been like pairing Artemis with Minerva, and we all saw how Coifer reacted to the Minerva-bashing

He wrote her off, I have to look for the actual interview, but it's why she never appeared after that, and it said she was off with some skier dude in the Alps, or something to that effect. He hadn't anticipated the fan backlash against Minerva to be so strong, and he aims to please!
