Was rollin' around in the leaves
only to find all the warm hues of autumn
and my sweet gum tree
to have withered into brown decay on my front lawn.
Except for this one last dying, vibrantly fiery leaf.
I own him and he is beautiful.
Actually, this is what a texas winter looks like. There are no definite seasons where i live, just uber hot, and slightly cold...which to me the "slightly cold" is oodles of freezing and requires 3 layers of clothing AND a jacket.

on average, prolly about 40, highest about 50 or 60. there are a couple colder days. sometimes it'll get down to the low 30's. and snow is a huge event cause it happens on average once ever 10 years. lol! and i missed it last year.
