This is my first proper Harry Potter artwork (that funny sketch of Ron in my gallery DOES not count)I did this for my Graphic Design Assignment where we had to portray a personality without actually showing them. So as you've all already guessed by now my personality is Harry.
Oh and we could use only 2 colours excluding white.. so i chose black and red. And yes i could use tints of a colour i chose so that explains all the gray!

I really like how you pulled off the vector look in this work. It's simple yet you know exactly what it is. There is only two things that bother me though. Vector is meant to look clean and sharp. The lines "drawn on" Harry's hand don't fit to me. Also the red and black edges on the end of the sleeve don't interact well in my opinion. They seam to touch in some places and have wide gaps in others... (it's hard to describe it just doesn't feel "smooth")
Those two things took my attention off Hedwig which should be the focal point of the work.
I do however really like the castle and using objects around Hedwig to show where he is (something I wouldn't have thought of).
Overall you did a great job portraying Harry and Hedwig.
