Contest Entry for "Superman: The power within" contest conducted by #Superman-Art !I drew this from a Superman comic book cover!
(yes i had reference). I really wanted the red and yellow to pop out but i hope it doesn't result in hurting your eyes! And of course the power I've depicted is Super Strength!Done in Adobe Photoshop.

Yes i used the cover form the comics as reference to draw the image. I never denied that!

Though this was taken from Action Comics 1, it is really fun seeing Superman in his original costume for this, since he will soon be given his new one. I think if you lengthened his cape, it would help to make it look more like his real costume, instead of a tracing.

Pointers: Supes' logo is a bit off target and his cape looks ridiculously small. Nice work overall. Is that lit-up spot near the top a part of forearm?
