Loving the feel of reality that this page portrays. Yume, you've really come far as an artist and storyteller. Comparing this to the beginning shows your development not only in art-style but wording. The dialogue is more crisp for certain but more importantly it flows delectably alongside the pacing of the images, crafting a genuine moment of mutual care that develops into something more.
Kudos. Best love scene I've seen in a Nuzlocke. <3

That's an interesting way to view it.. I'm not exactly sure how you mean it, but you might be right in a way. What I think is a big part is that she has very conflicting feelings about this.

omg! I just recently encountered your nuzlocke comic. I was unsure about reading it, having that huge "cancelled" hanging over it - but did anyway. And then hoped sooo much you'd continue someday - and now, maybe just a week or so later, you continue it!

She doesn't beg him because she loves him though, right? It's all fun and games for her and she's not playing so nice right now. Hugh has every right to feel that wqy but it's much more likely that he'll end up hurt instead of happy. That's the danger of friends with benefits: when one wants to commit and the other wants to keep playing
