Description
First of all...I DON'T GET HIS HAIR
I just had to get that out.
Besides that I really really love this character<3 (warning: epic fangirl attack)
I tried to draw him without reference during Biology, English and ANW and epicaly failed, so I just had to draw him on the computer with a reference to get him right for once... I only used 11 references C:
So I completely detailed his head, then I decided to make it a fulll-body-drawing, finaly found a good pose...
...and then I figured out the head didn't fit the pose
So I split them up into two different drawings, which means there's more Yusei-fanart coming up C: After I finish my entry for the RIOCT.
Also, his hair is impossible to draw right in my style (he looks like a frikkin Pikachu -shot-)
Done with Paint Tool SAI (and a tiny little bit in Corel Paint Shop Pro XI)

Started off with a normal flat base, then smudged (every hair separately XD) with a very thin brush with very bright and dark colours (cause smudging derps the colours to default easily) o3o Gotta work without a lineart though

I used the smudge tool as well, I did it on this one piece where I was making spotlights for Yusei with a microphone. Here's the link to it:
