Yusei FudoMy new current obsession...Sorry Kaiba...
I just LOVE the way he turned out. Ive spent the last few days on him. I normally didnt watch the 5ds but then I saw the movie and the rest is history as they say. I totally love his eyes and Im glad they turned out fairly well considering I really blow at eyes.
I tried something new for me, I did the highlights a different more effective way (thax to Whom told me how hehe) So this is the first that I tried it and it works so much better. =]
i just wanna drool just lookin at it. Also Missing is his little mark, since at the start he didnt have it, so I based it on that time. But i do have one with his little mark.
Everything just turned out wonderfully

This is plain epicness! I mean, he's colored right and everything! When ever I color him, he comes out lopsided. This looks like it was painted by a professional artist! By the looks of him, it looks like you've been drawing him your whole life! I mean, these details are amazing! What I personally like most about him are his eyes and hair. It takes a VERY talented Yusei artist to get that hair from not being lop-sided. I'm gonna instantly fav this! This is one of the BEST Yusei drawings I've ever seen! You sir, are a master! Well, i love it!

Looks sweet! Though the lines could use a little thinning off, specifically the neck area, since their blunt all the way through (meaning they should thin out at the ends) Not sure if your using Paint tool Sai but you can adjust the ends of the line's if you use a linework layer, unless that's what you were going for ^^'
But definitely a step in a right direction, keep at em!

I'm still learning alot about photoshop so I'm not even sure what your talking about lol. Thou I could have used a smaller brush for his neck if that is what u mean..

lol sorry I assumed ^^' It's an art program like Photoshop but way simpler and not so big in file size so a lot of people use it. They have a free fan made one that has all the basics the full version has so you should give a try sometime
But what I meant was if you had Sai, you can create a linework layer which allows you to bend/curve lines in any direction (if you don't have a tablet) It also allows you to adjust the pressure of the lines at certain points so you could have the "thin" effect at the ends of lines, meaning the line gets thinner and thinner towards the end (or wherever you wanted) I didn't mean just a smaller line/brush

Oh. Photoshop has something like that with its pen tool which is what I used. I did a picture with the pressure and everything, I didnt like the way it turned out so I went back to my normal way. lol. no biggy.

i know right. My brother was watching tv one morning (i was in the other room) and 5d's was on and when i heard Yusei i thought is was Tristan and got all excited cause i thought it was the original

Yeah i think if they are gonna make new things, they shouldnt use the same voice actors just freaks me out. lol but i guess you do what you gotta do.

yeah 4Kids really did use the same voice actors for different shows... i was watching TMNT one day and one of the minor characters was voiced by Dan Green (I could tell it was him cause he used the same voice that Yami has

Yeah I think that's just with voice actors in general. There are done in 5ds that have the same voice as goku from DBz.

Yeah. lol thats good then. There are many times when I watch anime and once you get a character in your head its hard to picture them as anyone else. it carries over into real life to. I have this video of David Reale who does the voice of Kai Hiwatari in beyblade, being all weird and I just kept pictureing Kai saying that stuff and couldnt stop laughin
