If I where you I would put water marks on your work. It probably won't work but it might. It never hurts to have some sort of copyright on your work. Seems like I've been hearing more about theft here lately.. The design is very nice. Like the complimentary colours you used. White is the best selling colour that you can use. Or so I've heard. Very nice design Keep it up.
