Synopsis:
Thicker Than Blood takes place in the 17th century era, it is a fictional world where humans co-exist with the demonic creatures of mythology. We follow the story of a young man named Salvador and his extraordinary experiences whilst serving as a royal soldier of The Five Crowns. A guild founded by the first five Nobles, whom centuries ago, released Pendulum City from the terrible reign of the vampire lord, Anubis. To this day, the royal soldiers continue to defend the city's populace against the demonic servants left behind by the vampire lord.

I love the figure/ground of this page so much! All of the heavy black shapes compared to the softer, paler figures of their faces, hands, and the background. It really makes for easy to read panels, but just also really awesome balance!
