Fujiwara no Mokou, take two.
Last time I drew her was here , done in July 2010. I think it's quite ugly now that I look back at it. Funny how that works.

Okay so I'm not much of a Touhou fan anymore. That doesn't mean I can't draw the characters, though; and recently I felt like drawing Mokou.

Soooo... :3

This is for , because she's not been feeling well and deserves something to cheer her up. So hopefully my art, as mediocre as it is, will help? This was actually something I sketched for her as a gift, but I liked it so much that I thought I'd color it as well. I hope you like it. c:

...Getting a hang of those digital copic markers now. I think the shading turned out really nice, particularly on those pants.
I was feeling ambitious today, so the fire's done with the copics, too. Usually for fire I just draw several squiggles and blur it until it looks sort of like fire. I KNOW, YOU CAN LAUGH. I'm just glad I didn't do that this time, despite spending almost three hours on the fire!

There's a couple of mistakes here and there... mainly, the fact that her head ribbon is missing. In fact, I didn't even realize her ribbon was missing until I went to go find my last Mokou art, and I noticed the ribbon in it. Ffffff---

I know her arm's a bit long, too.
