Description
One of the pieces that took relatively little time to do! I couldn't sleep last night, so I spent from 2am to 3am drawing most of the lineart. Finished it when I woke up later in the morning LOL.Characters now, the girl is Vaakth, a character from my RP, however, her body is being used by an entity named Princess Doll (Doll is her name! it's not like a princess doll XD). The guy in the back is Alsedi, my beloved 'mad scientist' dude!
A return to gothic-style art? Maybe :3
Approximate time: less than 10 hours
Medium: mechanical pencil, Photoshop 5 ( =_= )

The bottom of her dress needs to be lightned a little so you can tell better the difference between the backgound and her dress.And the lace arm wormers(which is what Im thinking they are but if not sorry

Her expression, so sad, so serene. Exactly how it should be. Sorrow is so often left out for gore and darkness- And it's the base, heart and soul of a good macabre piece.
The costumes and contrasts of both characters are wonderful- though I simply love the designs upon her arms and shoulders. That soft blurred look is like I stilled this from an actual anime- In other words, your proffesionalism if divine.

o_o Wow. This is beautiful. The mad scientist especially stands out in the picture, what with all the white, almost like he's glowing ... more likely then not, his clothing is just reflecting the light more then the black is. Very nice ^^
