Description
This is my 3D (Blender/cycles) version of Joe Benitez work [link]And it's important: no poser, daz, or any other base mesh or aquired objects were used. All mesh is modeled in Blender vertex by vertex.
522996 faces
textures (Gimp and Krita were used) :
face+skin: 3x (color, bump, glossy mix) 1536x1536 px
leather+boots+metal 2048x2048 (grayscale, does everything from bump map to color ramp)
hair 1024x1024 grayscale.
pants 1024x1024, grayscale baked bumpmap
Modeled and rigged in Blender, render: Cycles
Rig is fully capable to animation (which I'm planning). She can close eyes, track eye target, open mouth [link] and smile a bit [link] .
No postpro, just render at 400 samples and a little compositing

I'm not one to lie to someone. I'll be brutally honest at times. I've seen a good deal of 3D models, so from a "Blender" perspective this is quite impressive and, like I said, one of the best custom made humanistic/fantasy 3D models I've seen (made with Blender). Even not having to do with Blender I still feel this model is fantastic. It doesn't have to be the most amazing eye exploding, most detailed, life like model ever to be a good model. Look at Minecraft...and look how well its done. :]

Whole mesh is modeled in Blender vertex by vertex by me, and for For now, I'm not going to share this model. Maybe one day I will, but now She is only mine

texture is the same for both leather materials and for metal. As you see, the same bw image is used to color and bump.

The only (small) problem I can see with this model is that her eyes look too human and not enough like the original artwork. Apart from that, this is awe-inspiring work!

I modeled her a bit more realistic, with A little different body tone and more natural eye color.
but for sure I'll come back to this project some day to change the details and make an animation.
You're her father so I'm very glad that you like it, even though it is not as good as YBourykina's model.
