Real quick, how soft are the Stabilo and Faber-Castell pastel pencils? Because the Caran D'ache are fairly soft, but the Derwent's are hard as hell.

The Stabilos are really soft, I love them! The Faber Castell pencils are hard, though with the right paper the work good to and there are colours the Stabilos don't have. I haven't tried any other pencils yet...
