This reminds me of a couple of paintings I used to know when I was little. I was staring at them for quite a time.... And I very much like how you did this one, especially the water. The highlight in the reflection gives a vague feeling like the reflection itself is clearer than the real objects above it. A very interesting effect, and it gives a more dramatic look to the picture as a whole.
