Description
Achmed from Elizabeth Haydon's Symphony of Ages fantasy series. I am proud of this one because I drew it at midnight with no references.I actually used some of what I learned in school this year for this picture. Wow.

It seems the running habit is that we all have crushes on Achmed. I keep wishing I could reach in the books and kick Ashe out of the way so that Achmed and Rhapsody could be together. hahaha.

I've just finished destiny:child of sky ! But I havent' read the last 3 books (elegy for a lost star,the assassin king ...). I'm waiting their french translation( yeah I'm too lazy to read them in english

I never really imagined Achmed as ugly, even with Hayden's descriptions and his bad attitude, he just didn't seem like an ugly character to me. This image captures my impression of him almost exactly.

OMG Me too i never thought of achmed as ugly. he struck more handsome, in fact i had a little mini crush on him. i thought ashe was more ugly. lol

See, the problem with most Achmed pictures is that they don't quite feel like they fit, ya know? But this, this actually fits him better than what I even imagined him to look like, lol.
The hood over the eyes is awesome. And the attitude is perfect. And I always imagined he would have nice teeth. ^^
