This is a portrait I drew of Jake Gyllenhaal as Prince Dastan from the movie Prince of Persia.This is technically a v2 image,as the first one i scrapped half way through (about 10 hours worth of work) because he didnt look enough like Jake. I'm much happier with this version, although it still doesnt look 100% like him. I kept it though, because I still like the overall image, and it will be good to compare it to newer drawings in the future.
Drawn on white card with graphite pencils, Reference photo used.
about 25 hours all up.

Thankyou. I would have liked to add the details in the leather on his armor, but the photo wasnt high res enough for me to see the design properly.

Personally, I like it with just that amount of detail. On some drawings adding detail to everything distracts from the overall image to me, if that makes since lol Your drawing has just the right amount of detail put into it.
