I really wanted to make one for myself after seeing *CrystallizedJello 's rose pen . The difference is, I used an actual pen, so it looks a little less natural. But hey, as an origami lover and as a student, it's the best of both worlds. X3View the full post over on WordPress

Materials:
One 14cm square of red paper
Three 7cm squares of green paper
Scissors for cutting
PVA glue
Biro pen

I keep it in my pencil pot most of the time. Good thing it doesn't need water! X3

The top is a Kawasaki rose, a somewhat intermediate/advanced model, but there are plenty of other types of roses. The site Bloom 4 Ever is great for this. And the stem is made by rolling up green paper.

Less realistic, but probably much easier on the hands
I'd be so nervous bringing it around though, afraid to squish it!

I did try it with just the ink container, but it was so hard to write with, as expected.
And I keep it at home for use, I wouldn't take it out to lectures. Very delicate indeed.
