Keith Meadows is a big built high schooler who was bullied for being different until he stood up to the bully when his younger sister started his school and got bullied herself for having a brother like him. Despite all this, Keith is shy and withdrawn and prefers sitting on the side lines rather than actually joining in. Through all of this, it was his heart and the will to defend those he cares for that earned him the title, the Defence of Time. Taking up the blue D-Soul, he accepts the choice to give up his human life to become DemiHydramon, Keeper of times defence.

As DemiHydramon, he becomes a two headed snake with a blue crystal embedded in his chest where he stores the poison he uses to attack. He has a horn on each of his two heads' nose too. Even though he has two heads, he speaks using telepathy. Because of this, know one knows which head is the dominant one. It's said that if one of his heads is cut off, it grows back instantly and if the dominant head is cut off, then the other head becomes the dominant which fortifies the mystery of which head is the actual dominant head.

Tapping into the very flow of time, he can manipulate the energies of time defence and digivolve, using a mode known as Time Warp

After digivolution, DemiHydramon becomes WarHydramon. His body grew into a large bulky serpent digimon with sharp clawed feet and three heads encased in a helmet of chrome digizoid metal. He can freely change the dominant head by willingly switching his consciousness from head to head. He still speaks using telepathy.

His heads can spit out orbs of venom that creates a toxic barrier that protects him and his allies and friends from assaults and his body mass is tough enough to withstand most physical, breath and projectile moves.
