oh god no! I'm afraid it wouldn't be very educational seeing as it's really quite a lazy process u__u

If you have SAI it's basically just using the brush tool set to Spread, using the colours you want your clouds to be combined with the colour of the sky. It seems like an over simplification, but it really isn't! You should be able to to get the hang of it reaaaaaally easily
