How much PS work did you do on this photo, or darkroom work, and if you don't mind me asking what techniques did you use? Any chance of seeing the original? Love this piece though, really caught my eye and I enjoyed your gallery as well. Kudos. Sorry I couldn't write this in portuguese, because I loved visiting Portugal, but Spanish is as close as I can get.

It keeps my pagan soul exactly where it is but my mind starts to uncover very interesting and secret areas. And it reminds me very old films from my country, where the religious was mixed with the pagan and folklorish...

Que efeito... Aquelas nuvens são algo de maravilhoso e o facto de a estátua parecer estar a "invocá-las" dão um poder muito grande a esta foto... Gosto particularmente do facto de não teres centrado a estátua. E, claro, a cor está óptima

If there's anything that really really fascinates me about religion is its abundance of signs and symbols and I think this picture looks exactly like I imagined heaven with saint peter standing infront of heaven's gates to look like... really nice picture and great clouds, I love the arrangement

It's inevitable to love the way you "shape" the clouds in your photos. They're always so dreamy. However, I think that the whole sky should have the same tonality. It's brighter around the statue and I can understand the concept but I would like best if it was applied to the whole sky.

Yes, I understand dear. It was just an aesthetical option. When I altered the photo contrast, as the sky already had a darker tonality in the top, this darkness was extremely accentuated.
