I couldn’t do an Inktober this year, but I did sort of make an art challenge for myself; I chose some of my favorite Sailor Moon manga illustrations by Naoko Takeuchi and re-drew them with other characters. This first one is La Muerte from the Book of Life in a Princess Serenity pose. I wasn’t sure if I could get all the little details right (and there are a LOT of beautiful details), but I knew I was going to have fun with her hair.
