My entry for `Saimain 's contest: [link] in the #2 category.

I hemmed and hawed for a long time about entering this contest, because I was SURE someone else would think of this and do a better job. However, when the deadline started coming close and I realized it hadn't been done, I decided to go for it. Basically, they're taking a moment to themselves during a masquerade ball. He's dressed as the moon, and she's dressed as the sun. Their outfits are sort of kind of 15th century, except for his sleeves (and probably the hat too) and her collar, which is from the late 16th century.

The song I've included is from The Last Unicorn, and I really thought it fit them, although I admit I know very little about the characters! Here it is in full:

'I'm none but a harper, and a very poor harper,
That am come hither to wed with ye.'

'If you were a lord, you should be my lord,
