I bought this stone out of a box labeled 'horse canyon agate', but that's not what it is at all! This type of jasper comes from Africa, and it has some great colors and fracture patterns. I wrapped the stone in a setting of gold filled wire, and I really let the stone stand out alone on this one. Love the little knot at the top. Perfect little flourish without overwhelming the gorgeous stone and precision of the rest of the wrap.
