i like the idea but i think that the pic lacks light and shadows.. without the cracks i think she would of look really simple..
and the cracks are a bit too much.. but the main problem is that the pic lacks light coming from the right side...

Could have been better by spending a bit more time and having multiple overlays to get rid of the way the texture is continuous over the entire photo eg The cracks on the hands joining up perfectly with the cracks on the body even though the hands are held away from the body.
Also the texture is a too contrasty and saturated, the cracks on the shoulder/body area to the left have lots of details obliterated.
