This month's community challenge is LOSS.

Haroeris has lost quite a great deal in his young life. It's not uncommon on the island, for so many have lost so much. As a pup, his neglectful uncle Sutekh only watched as Haro was blinded by a bee. As an adolescent, he watched as his jealous uncle killed his father. Fearful that he would be next, Haro fled, and in doing so, he lost the last wolf he cared deeply about; his mother. Pekhat followed her brother to Kol, fed by lies.

Much time has passed since then. He hasn't told a soul of what he witnessed, but he feels the loss of his mother keenly. Still, he had moved forward as best he can, and as he does, he seeks balance within himself, and he hopes one day to bring balance to the island, and to reunite with his mother, as well.
