Overall I think it looks really nice. If I may offer a few pointers though, your shading technique is really good, but you should soften your hard lines even if just a little, and keep them as thin as you can. When you look at a photo of someone, you rarely see true hard lines in their face, even at the eyes and lips. Also the hair looks really good too, but keep in mind the perspective when adding the details. You would not be able to see the details of the hair coming over the top and down the side of his head through the bangs (and it looks like maybe you got a bit frustrated when you got to the bottom of the hair on the right side).
Oh and one more small thing, when you're working with black, always go with a shade just under fully black, that way you can use the full black to add depth and details.

Thank you for the incredible advice! And yeah, I always have trouble painting realistic hair. Every tutorial I search up leads me to drawing anime hair ;_;

I'm always happy to help a fellow artist, plus I know all too well how frustrating it can be to get things just the way you want.

I think the hair is captured great,I would add more and deeper shadings around his eyes.

Not sure if you've seen it yet, but Beecher's done~ The General too, but I think he still needs a little work.
