Description Jeremy doesn't lie about device invention.

This is a gun, and it fires lolcats.

and changes things into catgirls.

How? well, it fires the Lolcats, whicha are converted into a form the body can absorb easily without losing coherency. the lolcat is then fired and absorbed, which transforms the victim into a catgirl, weairing an outfit similar to the original one.
