Still a wonderful piece. You can really see the stylistic improvements in the comparison piece too. I personally love the clean lines/colors gradients and facial proportions. I also notice the change in Narcissa's hand, far more natural; well done. (Also a good decision to use a dark gold line in Narcissa's hair as compared to your earlier rendition. Makes it look far lighter both color-wise and weight-wise.) If you decide to remake this years later I'd consider altering Andromeda's hand as well. The way it stands the tea ought to be on the verge of tipping over and slipping, seeing as she doesn't have much of a grip on the handle. On the whole, everything else looks far more natural. What I mean is that everyone's bodies, clothes, hair, and so on sit well on their respective girls and within the scene as a whole. Very well done
PS: (Because I didn't mention it directly, but couldn't figure out where to add in within my talk about the three sisters) I love the mantel décor, far better then the earlier piece!

Nice job on these characters! (I almost forgot about Andromeda!) It's true, even though these three characters are related they are nothing alike. (well, maybe except for not really liking muggles...)

It always made me wonder how all of the sister had different coloured hair. Did their mother have few little love affairs? I wouldn't be surprised though..

Lestrange is Bellatrix's married name, while Narcissa is now a Malfoy and Andromeda is a Tonks.
They were all born with the maiden name of Black.

hmm....I know Narcissa is married to Lucious and Andromeda is nymphadora's mother, but who was Bellatrix married to and where do we see that they were direct house of Black lineage?

Bellatrix married Rodolphus Lestrange. Sirius once refers to Bellatrix as "My mad cousin, Bellatrix" and taunts her in their final duel. After Sirius's death, Kreacher also intends to go to her since she is the oldest of her sisters and it's stated that if Harry doesn't claim 12 Grimmauld Place it will be inherited by Bellatrix. Both she and her husband also have a spot on the Black family tree in 12 Grimmauld Place.

i'm fascinated by the blacks too - that whole generation actually, i call it the walpurgis era to differentiate from marauders era because everyone always thinks they were all in the same generation which is incorrect - and i love that you've drawn them 
however, i think dromeda and bella could be swapped here. i see dromeda as the one with the clothes, hairstyle, expression, posture and bookishness that you've given bella here, and i think that bella would suit dromeda's look and attitude far more. if you basically just switched their hair and dress colours they'd be spot on, i think
otherwise this is beautiful!
