Really!? I thought it was a joke. So that cat really is Chiyo's (the cute one with the ponytails) dad. I thought it was just a dream that Sakaki had. Atleast her dad's not the perve with the beautiful wife (Kimura). That was an arranged marriage.....right!?!?

Whew! I was just talking to my husband about it last night and he was like "Wha?!" LOL
That cat just creeps us both out. He just comes out or shows up out of nowhere. The first time we saw that cat was in a H-manga with Sakaki (we didn't know about Azumanga back then)......poor Sakaki.

It's a great anime. it's not like others, though. It's very weird and random... but it's HILARIOUS and definitely worth the watch. I don't know about the manga. The manga looked odd.
