Description
A launcher built on Rainmeter and based on the a menu in the game 'Persona 4'.Its has a settings dialog packed with enough customization options, I hope.
Theres 4 pages of customization options in the settings dialog:
1) Apps - to set the title text and location of app/website to launch
2) Typeset - font color, style and size etc
3) Background and Update rate - background image, color etc
4) Hover mode - settings for rollover mode (instead of enlarging)

Execute the rmskin file to install.
If you are using a portable Rainmeter installation, you can use RainInstaller.exe to install the rmskin file.
RainInstaller.exe should be at "[PortableInstallDirectory]\Rainmeter\Addons\Rainstaller".

--NOTES---------------------------------
- The text field in the settings dialog have tooltips showing instructions
- The config is built on a screen resolution of 1680x1050, on smaller screens you may need to adjust the font size via the Settings dialog
- Set background image to blank or just an image with tranparency to be able to see the background color
- Note that setting the update rate too low (update more often) can make Rainmeter increase CPU usage

I only have 1 remark to make : i cant help getting annoyed when i have the mouse between 2 menu options and the 2 of them get hovered.
I dove into the .ini but i cant reconfig that option, i dont know how you implemented that feature.
But overall, superb skin, i love it.

You can try increasing the text spacing for enlarged in settings page 2.
When the spacing is small enough your cursor will still be over the first item when it enters the second item.
The cursor did bot leave the first item so it remains hovered.
If you increases the spacing then the cursor will properly leave the area of the first item allowing it to be unhovered as the cursor enter the area of the second item.

I can't figure out how to change the colors. The default is giving me a headache.

Hey, man. Great job on this, absolutely loving it. But I am having a little bit of trouble, I'm try to make the launcher thinner, without making it less high so it doesn't fit all the way along my monitor, any help with that?

I didn't make any style pack for P4Launcher.
To change the appearance you need to tweak the individual settings (fonts, text, background image etc).

i downloaded the .zip version of version 1.00 of this file but i can't get it to launch. i can only i access some of the settings

Try using the .rmskin version from this page instead.
Just tried that myself and it works.
Also make your Rainmeter is the latest version.

Thanks for making this! But I was wondering if you could give a manual install version for this - a .rar/.zip version? (Where it's just the file folder with all the files inside)
It won't install in me through rmskinfile and I'm not using the portable version.
The last one you made was able to install fine - but just not this one ):

The rmskin is actually a renamed zip file.
You can open it with a zip compression program.

Hey, whenever I open the rmskin with rainstaller, it tells me P4 Launcher must be installed to continue. It does the same thing with the HUD. Is this normal? Any way to fix it?

I guess this is an isolated problem.
Didn't get it when I tested the rmskin file.
What you can try, if you can find:
- delete all the P4 related folders at [InstallDirectory]\Rainmeter\Themes
- delete all the P4 related folders at [InstallDirectory]\Rainmeter\Skins
- then try installing again
Last resort would be to backup your Rainmeter directory and start from a fresh Rainmeter installation.

When I checked into any sub-folder of Rainmeter, there is have nothing P4 related folders at all
Please help me with an easy troubleshooting!

How do you get the P3 menu instead of the P4 menu

I used Krebstar9300's P3 settings wallpaper and tweaked the P4 Launcher.
If you are willing to spend time to play with the settings, theres a lot to change.
Basically what I remember for the settings are:
- add "■" to the item names
- change font to bold Arial
- switch to hover mode
- change the background and colors accordingly
