Well, my partner ~YintoYang and I had a long discussion of which scene Emerald would mirror, and honestly it was tricky. Esmeralda wasn't exactly too prominent in the movie.
So, why don't you give me some of your input? Which scene from the movie would you suggest Emerald should mirror? ^_^

Well I don't really know her personality but when I think of Esmeralda I either think of her dance (specifically the final pose with the spear), or her singing 'save the outcasts' or whatever.

Yes, the scenes you mentioned were definitely considered. Reason why we never went through with them is because we wanted to exhibit Emerald's celebrity status. Plus ~YintoYang wanted a full body dancing shot of her. lol
