Taken a couple of weeks back at Ventnor, Isle of Wight.Singh Ray 2 stop hard and cpl.

As to the shot, the aperture was f/22 but the important thing for the sea is the exposure - 2 seconds.

You see i've been trying to work on water for a while now, so exposure is the thing to look at ? Not the aperture?

Yup - you need to use a longer shutter speed to turn the water into mist; 1 or 2 seconds works well.

Good old Isle of Wight. I spent many a good holiday there many many years ago when I was a little girl. Had a shock when I went back a few years ago. Sandown just didn't seem the same

I noticed the cliffs are crumbling at Lake and when I was there they had closed the outside swimming pool.
