Yeah, lunar eclipses are orange/red because the blue light is absorbed in Earth's atmosphere (think of a red sunset), the only thing that is left is scattered red light. Look on the Wikipedia entry for it to see examples. [link]

Np, a solar eclipse wouldn't look too awfully different though. From earth the terraformed moon would look like a glowing red ring that is perhaps slightly bluish on the very outer edge of the ring but redder and darker as you go towards the middle till you reach all black. Akin to the lunar eclipse from the moon painting on the Wikipedia article only more extreme due to the moon's smaller size.
