I tried making this a bit more low-key than my usual works. I like the shore bend on the right, and do check out how much snow was still there in July
Location: Garibaldi Lake, Garibaldi Provincial Park, Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Equipment: Nikon D90 + Tokina 11-16mm + Tiffen Polarizer.
Technique: Photomatix Pro 4.1 and Photoshop CS5 from 3 RAW shot with AEB +1.5 EV, 0, -1.5 EV exposures.

I like how it's got an overall dark tone, and the river in it's bend seems almost as a path to the looming clouds in the distance...so pretty...

Well, I will agree it is one of the best, but not the most favorited. What you were able to catch in this photo is great. There is so much in this photo and its still not crowded. You have the dead logs to living trees, to snow, water, mountains, clouds and while having a reflection you still have good clarity of the water in one section. Good job as always!
