Description
This has been on Breed for a while and is quite possibly my last digital painting... Still haven't decided. Anyway comments are always welcome...One more thing the bell book and candle are the three "tools" used in the Catholic Church's Excommunication ritual.

Yea, the bell is rung in the burial service for the (spiritually) dead, the lit candle (of spiritual life) is snuffed, and the book (of life) is shut.

the squiggle is a symbol i divined for excommunication. I didn't expect anyone to understand it besides myself. The symbol is part of the begining of a magik system I was creating which thus far has proven to be effective. Thanks for the comments too BTW

Very cool work. I never understood the whole excommunicating thing. Or really the point. As long as there's a heaven. There will be a failure to excommunicate.

This is from 2k? And it's a digital painting? Take away the "forms" being driven from the book ( my interpreatation) and it could pass as an oil painting easy. Nice job.
